GRAVITY CASTING
Ipoh Casting has been a specialist sub contract gravity foundry since commencing in Malaysia. The range of gravity work, both static and tilt, covers large heat treated (T5) castings through to small pure aluminium electrical castings.
PRESSURE CASTING
We currently have 2 high pressure die casting machines to supply aluminium castings in the range of 200t – 250t (aluminium). As well as casting we also have finishing processes such as vibratory polishing
CNC MACHINING
Inhouse 5 axis CNC machining centres & lathes along with other conventional machinery. We are also able to help design and fabricate moulds upon customer requirements
POST CASTING
Powder coating, anodizing & plating services avaiable. We strive to simplify the purchasing for customers by adding on other services which contribute to a finished product that can be sent straight to the customer.

MUFF COUPLINGS
We manufacture a full range of aluminium muff couplings used with slurry hose. Also known as split flanges these are made with high ductility gravity cast and sand cast aluminium
RAIL BRACKETS
For over 40 years we have produced a wide range of brackets from 25mm to 50mm used extensively throughout Australia via our warehouse at Albury Casting Pty Ltd.
POT TROLLEYS
A completely over engineered product that will last a lifetime. Our pot trolleys are famous within Australia and come in a range of 34 up to 55cm.
FOOT CLAMPS
We manufacture the strongest drilling footclamp (rod clamp) around. Made from a fully cast steel base and other steel castings. Component pieces and jaws machined from rolled steel.
