WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
Located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Ipoh castings is a 100% export orientated, Australian owned and managed, high pressure and gravity aluminium die casting foundry.
What We Do
Ipoh Castings are an aluminium pressure and gravity foundry. We have on site services (apart from casting) of CNC machining with 2 5 Axis CNC's. As well CNC turning, laser marking, assembly, tooling design and manufacture. Value adding services provided to customers from local suppliers include powder coating, anodising, plating & heat treatment.
HPDC
We have 2 reliable Toshiba high pressure die casting machines on site. A 200t and 250t.
Gravity Casting
We are equipped with tilt and static presses casting up to 1x1m square along with shell moulding capacity.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining includes 3, 4 & 5 Axis machining centres along with CNC lathes.
