Ipoh Casting were the first to come out with the replaceable foot clamp jaw inserts back in 2008 and it has been copied widely.  However unlike others we have only ever used the correct tool steel that we use in our foundry toolroom and harden to a file-like 55hrc.  The teeth are all cut in one setup on our 5 axis CNC ensuring consistency and fit into our jaws.

Using bolt through teeth allows quick in the field replacement.  Unlike some other versions we have our bolts go through the jaw in case the bolt snaps the teeth will still be able to be easily removed and replaced.

Stock is kept in both our Australian & Malaysian factories.

Each set comes in it’s own container also supplied with screws & washers.
